President - Elise Seignolle
Elise Seignolle was elected as Panamerican Boxing Confederation's first President at the Inaugural Congress in March 2025. Living in New York City by way of France, she is driven by her passion for serving athletes. She serves as the boxing program manager for New York Athletic Club and serves on the Board of Directors for World Boxing.
Secretary General - Chris Cugliari
Chris was appointed Secretary General of Panamerican Boxing Confederation shortly after the Inaugural Congress in 2025. Living in San Francisco, CA, Chris has 20 years of experience in boxing and served on the Steering Committee for World Boxing. He has served on World Boxing's Olympic Commission and serves on the World Boxing Finance & Audit Committee.
