PBC Commissions include a group of people appointed by the Board to provide expertise and advice to the Board, and which are established and function in accordance with our Statutes.

Coaches Commission

  • Strengthens coaching excellence and athlete development across the Panamerican region by providing educational resources, training opportunities, and technical guidance to coaches at all levels.

  • Mandate: English / Spanish

R&J Commission

  • Upholds the integrity, consistency, and quality of officiating across Panamerican boxing competitions by developing educational pathways, supporting National Federations, and ensuring readiness of officials.

  • Mandate: English / Spanish

Event Management Commission

  • Ensures that all competitions organized under the Panamerican Boxing Confederation (PBC) are delivered to the highest operational, technical, and safety standards through proactive planning, coordination, and oversight.

Media Commission

  • Enhances the visibility, engagement, and communication impact of the Panamerican Boxing Confederation (PBC) by promoting athletes, competitions, and Confederation initiatives through strategic media planning and execution.

Marketing Commission

  • Strengthens the financial sustainability, modernization, and brand visibility of the Panamerican Boxing Confederation (PBC) by developing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, and ensuring a positive return on investment through innovative marketing initiatives.

Sustainability & Solidarity Commission

  • Embodies the spirit of Olympism by leveraging the transformative power of boxing to foster sustainable social development, promote universal ethical principles, and cultivate solidarity across the Panamerican region.

  • This Commission is dedicated to initiating and supporting programs that empower individuals, build resilient communities, and ensure the long-term positive impact of boxing, aligning with the values of excellence, friendship, and respect, and seeking to utilize funding mechanisms such as Olympic Solidarity to achieve its objectives.

  • Mandate: English / Spanish

SafeSport Commission

  • Champions a culture of safety and respect within the Panamerican Boxing Confederation (PBC) by establishing and upholding a comprehensive SafeSport framework.

  • The Commission is mandated to protect the health, well-being, and rights of all participants, ensuring an environment free from abuse, harassment, and discrimination. This mandate is grounded in the principles of the Olympic Movement and informed by the standards of the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
